The Four Aces Cycling Club have organized with the following officers: Eugene M. Levy, President; Al Nunan, Secretary; William Hughes, Captain; Joe Joseph, First Lieutenant; Steve Welch, Mascot. Their initial run will be Niles Canyon to-day.
