W. C. Howe and C. W. Conger, the two members of the Imperial Cycling Club of this city who are now touring in British Columbia write that the wheelmen in all towns visited upon the trip are royal entertainers. The tourists have experienced much bad weather and muddy roads but are enjoying excellent health.
