OTTO ZEIGLER CLAIMS BRIDE

In the presence of a few friends Dr. Otto Zeigler, 50, Oakland, chiropractor, famed as a former world's champion bicycle racer, and Mrs. Martha Penniman, 47, his nurse for five years and the "sweetheart of his bicycling days" were married in Oakland Saturday. The ceremony was performed by Police Judge Edward J. Tyrrell.

Zeigler was blinded 20 years ago as the result of an accident while racing. He met his bride during a racing contest in San Jose.

Zeigler is known here where he often took part in the Bay City Wheelmen Club runs from San Francisco when bicycle racing was the main attraction.
